Chicken Tikka Masala and the Sweet Peas

Long, long day today...trying to juggle too many things. Aren't we all though? Aren't we all? If you are part of our family, you would hear that in Tom Hanks's voice, as.the bum in the Polar Express. That's what living with Ernie does to you.

Last night Owen decided to make Chicken Tikka Masala. I threw together a salad for my dinner and called Leo down to hang out too. I stole a bit of the chicken and it was wonderful...perfectly balanced flavors. And God knows, it's all about balance. Life is; chicken too.
