Christmas past

This is my brother in law Dennis. Note the Davy Crockett boots he's wearing. Have I mentioned that I have wonderful brothers-in-law? They are both incredibly generous men and very good to their little brother and his wife. Last year Dennis gave us XM radio and we absolutely love it. I had long ago kind of given up on radio but this has us hooked again. My current favorite station is their Traditional Holiday station. It plays all the easy listening/retro versions of Christmas music that we knew as kids. I LOVE it. It makes me remember the Reader's Digest set of Christmas albums we had. I can just see the box that flipped open on one side so you could see all the record sleeves...... Everytime I turn that station on I just see our family room, with the stereo tucked in the shelves by the window seat and the records all lined up next to it......
