Random Notes from the Strep Life

You must promise me that if your kids get Strep that you are VERY, very nice to them because this hurts like hell.  Who knew that turning over in bed or sitting up strained your throat?  I thought I just had a cold/sinus thing until yesterday midday when the sides of my throat starting hurting and getting swollen.  I guess I feel a little better today but not as much as I hoped. Yesterday I was so miserable that I went to the doctor a half hour early just hoping I'd get in sooner....

I guess I can't complain...it's not chemo.  Judi had her first week and it was pretty tough.
