Can we just TALK about Marco Pierre White?

ahhhhhh.  ahhhhhh.  Can we just TALK about Marco Pierre White?  I had read his book and found it mildly entertaining but not really well written.  I mean I know it must have been galling for him to see Anthony Bourdain become this rock and roll chef celebrity but the difference in terms of books is that Anthony Bourdain can really WRITE!

howEVer....Ernie and I just cackled our way through the first episode of The Chopping Block on NBC last night.  Ernie is already perfecting a MPW imitation complete with pointed finger (Ernie already does a mean Gordon Ramsey shouting about RISOTTO).  We giggled and giggled and giggled....  ahhhhh.....life is good....
