Random Notes....Mostly Good....How's That?

1.  21 years ago last night we were at the O'Hare Antiques Show in Chicago with the rest of my family.  I remember being a bit stressed out, a bit giddy.....stopping somewhere along Touhy and getting fast food for dinner on the way back to our apartment in Rogers Park.  I loved Ernie more than imaginable then......just as I do now. 

We had a wonderful wedding 21 years ago today.

What did I think our life would be like 21 year from then?  I don't know if I even really thought about it.  I was looking forward to taking the train to New Orleans the day after.....  We were just happy----Ernie says he remembers feeling so carefree....

2.  Ernie's PSA came back as less than 0.1 the other day-----undetectable!!  Woo-hoooooooo!

3.  My mother had a heart catheterization and they didn't find anything.  You could have knocked me over with a feather.....  Doesn't solve the congestive heart failure but it's still a good thing.

4.  Owen has decided that instead of being Joey Ramone he will just be The Blonde Ramone.  Evidently Ernie told him about his secret wish was to be the blonde Ramone....you should see him in full regalia....it's quite something....

5.  We couldn't track down a Jango Fett mask/helmet at the last minute so Leo has decided to be Han Solo again....

6.  I'm still worn out but I'm slowly, slowly getting better....

7.  Ernie and I BOTH forgot about our anniversary until my mother reminded us.  Huh.  Someone asked Ernie what he was getting me and he told them he got me a couple of parent teacher conferences.  Yup.  I told him all I wanted was clean sheets on the bed.  Yup.  Good thing we're crazy about each other....

8.  Too tired to write more.  Here's my favorite picture of me from our wedding day....  It really shows how I felt....
