It's thundering outside...and raining.  The boys are curled up in the media room and I don't know what they're watching but their giggles are rippling through the rest of the house.  I've been slow cooking some green beans with fresh tomatoes, herbs and garlic.  Almost burned them but poured my glass of wine in to save them.  I've got some feta cheese to toss in later and a Triple S whole chicken on the grill.  The grill is pulled up to our back step to protect it from the rain.

So life seems good.....but Andy Hummel of Big Star is gone.  Fucking Cancer.  Charlie Louvin has pancreatic cancer and is going to have a whipple procedure....the same procedure Judi had.

Fucking cancer.

It breaks my heart.
