Random Pictures from the Sandwich Life
1. This little bird just chatted and chatted and chatted to us the other afternoon.
2. I ended up using some of my wild Maine blueberries for a sauce for some nice pork chops we got from Old Time Meat and Deli. I sauteed the pork chops, took them out of the pan and added some roasted garlic, wine and a handful or two of blueberries, stirred til it was deglazed, then took it off the heat and just stirred a bit of butter in. It was pretty marvelous if I do say so myself....
