Post-Tommy Life

The sides of my head, above my ears, starts to hurt when I laugh really, really, really hard.  Does this happen to you?  Ernie thought I was crazy when I told him that.  Last night....the sides of my head hurt....

Man.....I love the glow that hangs on after a wonderful show.  Tommy Womack, along with the wonderful Dan Seymour on bass, was absolutely wonderful last night.

He did my heart good.

And he may just consider himself an entertainer as he told me....but he really is so much more.  Lots of great songs....but the song Nice Day just slays me.  He's so funny that the poignancy just slips in before you notice.  He's very special.

Then of course there was his final encore of I Am Woman.  This is when the sides of my head really started to hurt....

Thanks to ALL that came---we appreciate it so much...you helped make this possible.  And the wonderful food and drink and laughter....  Thanks.

update:  and YES I just realized that I just the word wonderful three times in a row....
