Delicious Friday.

Golden Harbor with a bunch of friends.

It was wonderful.  I've wanted to do this forever because it's the kind of place that is fun with a group as you can try lots of dishes and share. Since late winter was dragging on we finally invited some friends and reserved one of the big round tables.

Amazing food.

It was so good I forgot to take pictures!

Above is Ann trying to teach Ernie to use chopsticks. He's got a point when he says, "When did everybody all of a sudden know how to use chop sticks?" But then again....one of our favorite lines from the Dictator's is when Handsome Dick Manitoba sings, "I used to live on pizza, now I live on Chinese food" because it's so true. I fear that so many people tried to show him how to use them however that he may start making it a point of pride that he doesn't know. I mean Leo's stubborness isn't ALL from my side....

The food started arriving and was great. Our favorites of the night were the Chinese Pork Buns (#3000) with some extra buns to gather every bit of the pork belly, pickled vegetables, peanuts and cilantro....the salt and pepper fish (#520) and the green beans with garlic (#851). As you can see as soon as we started eating I was too busy to take pictures until we were opening our fortune cookies!

If you haven't been there.....as you can see from the wall size Chinese menu, there are a million options. The menu has thankfully been translated and you can see some pictures of it on Urbanspoon.com.

I can't wait to go back. Any suggestions for other things I should try?
