Malcolm Holcombe's Hot Sauce

Too busy to write much, and too busy to be able to think about cooking dinner. This week is kind of a loss and we've been letting the guys eat early and scrounging for ourselves later. Last night I created a pretty great frittata made out of the last of the amazing macaroni and cheese that Bill and Carrie brought to the house concert, a bit of leftover crusty bread, some leftover cauliflower and kale, eggs, a bit of leftover cheese on top and a dollop of Malcolm Holcombe's hot sauce.

Yes, I was selfish enough to save the hot sauce for us.

It, like Malcolm, is absolutely wonderful. Spicy and pure.
