Rod Picott, Elmer Pelke, Stacie Huckeba and All Our Friends Bring the Light

Yup. It was there. The light that heartrendingly good music brings to us. The light we get from friends....and tables full of good food.... I got to see our beloved Van (on his birthday no less), got the wonderful surprise of Stacie Huckeba accompanying Rod and doing some filming. And I got Rod and his music.

I got the light.

Thanks Rod. We love you with all our hearts. Well, you and Elmer both.

I took a whopping one picture last night....I liked seeing all the cameras trained on Rod from Richard and Stacie....lousy picture but there you go....

Oh, and to top things off....we have the Mainely Movies Oscar Big Time Party to watch. You gotta admit....sometimes life really is damn good.
