The Three Blondes

Last night.....grilled chicken and a spinach/arugula/walnut pesto on orzo and chickpeas. Actually there was no cheese so perhaps not officially pesto, just spinach, arugula, garlic, walnuts, salt, pepper, a little oil and some water. Really delicious.

Perhaps Rascal is inspiring Bob to act more kittenlike?

Yesterday Ernie took Owen to the doctor for an appointment. The nurse went to take Owen's blood pressure and Ernie said that the expression on Owen's face as the blood pressure cuff started to tighten made him snicker. So he started to laugh....which started Owen laughing....and as the cuff continued to tighten they both ending up laughing helplessly until the nurse said, "Well, we don't really need his blood pressure." 

I just stared at them when they told me this story. I said, "Uh...was the nurse amused at all?" Owen started laughing VERY hard and said, "No, I think she was really pissed inside!" and they both started laughing again.

This is what Leo and I live with people.
