Random Notes and Pictures from the Sandwich Life

1. Grumpy teenager, sleepy mom. I call it a draw.

2. All hail ibuprofen. My purse somehow spit my bottle of ibuprofen out and I found myself at work without any yesterday. Add in the first day back sitting in a chair all day, bashed knee, and a meeting that included walking around and STANDING outside for awhile. By the time I got home I was hobbling and whimpering. I took some, and a tramadol but it still took quite a while to kick in. I sat with ice on my knee for awhile, finally getting up to limp around the kitchen to make a so-so dinner....trying to decide if I reminded myself more of my father in his 80's or my mother in her 70's. Geesh.
