It Can't Hurt: Phil Lee and Debbie Stewart Coming Up at SLHC

First session of physical therapy done on my knee. They want to do four weeks, twice a week, $30 co-payment each time. Ugh. There are so many more pleasurable ways to spend $240, plus today...so $270. I suppose I shouldn't complain about investing $270 in less pain for me. They told me I have great strength in my knees and ankles but my hip muscles...not so much. They will try to strengthen my hip muscles and back muscles which should help my knee. As far as my spinal stenosis, well, it can't hurt as Phil Lee would say.

Yup. Phil Lee...on Saturday, May 30th, 2015. This is for all you people who say, "Ohhhh...Friday's are hard." Come on OUT! It's Saturday! AND......the fabulous Debbie Stewart will be offering free Tarot mini-readings before the show.....YES!

I'm not sure what I'm doing for food but it will be something simple and summer cookout-esque.
