Random Pictures from the Sandwich Life

At this very moment I'm almost, ALMOST glad the Kevn Kinney/Peter Case show got cancelled. If it hadn't I would be worrying madly about getting the house clean, worrying about enough people coming, trying to make timelines for cooking, worrying about looking Kevn Kinney in the eyes, etc.  Instead Ernie seems to have come down with a cold, it's rainy, I have to work late today and then again tomorrow afternoon, but that's it...that's all I've got going on and that feels kind of nice right now.

And with that I leave you with a few recent snapshots....

Last night's dinner....crispy skinned salmon and kohlrabi/potato fritters---which turned out to be delicious!

We took Route 45 part of the way home from Chicago. I was charmed by Onarga's sign.

Sometimes it's hard to see where Rascal leaves off.... Here he is curled up in our Sola Gratia box.... I guess the vegetables won't mind a little cat hair....

A recent pancake night with spicy chicken and collards. The collards turned out so-so and my chicken was a little odd but it was all great just the same. A rare shot of Leo's face even if he is mid-chew....
