In other news? My sweet pea Owen, who is getting close to 6' tall, began his first day as an intern at our local record store Exile on Main Street. I got home late from work, long after he'd gotten home but he immediately came down to regale me with stories. And I must say....I was blown away.....I hadn't realized that it was a WHOLE NEW ERA OF RETAIL ANECDOTES....told ONLY as Ernie or Owen can tell them. He had me almost weeping with laughter and that was after only about an hour and a half of work. Ohhh...personally, biased I know, but personally I think Exile is in for a HELL of a ride.
If only you could have HEARD Owen's disgust at the state of the soundtrack section.
Lord but I love my boys.
Oh, and thanks Bap...and yeah, thanks to the world of the garden for sweet autumn clematis....
