I'm A Teenager Too

Everyone I know that has grown children assures me that I will survive the teenage years.

I am assuming they are right.

Last night in a moment of frustration I told one teen, "You know, you're not the only teenager around here. Inside I'm a teenager too." He and Ernie both looked at me in confusion and I sputtered, "You think you're the only one that gets frustrated and irritated with life and the people around you, but you're NOT."

I'm not sure I really got my point across.

Eh.

The sound etc. isn't wonderful on this although it improves as it gets going....and I really liked this song. It's perfect right now with grey heavy skies outside, a pot of ersatz ratatouille bubbling on the stove and at least two of the three men outside of the house....

Thanks again to Jon Langford, Rebecca Rego, Julian Hayman, and Gary Inight. The moments you give us, both live and in our memories, are the ones that keep us going through the ups and downs of everyday life.
