Random Pictures from the Sandwich Life

It's been a hell of a week and I can't focus, so here are some random things...

1. It really amused me that Google wanted to translate my P-card form. Translation would be helpful with many University applications.

2. My lily of the valley seems to have found happiness and is spreading. Makes me very happy.

3. Lazy dinner last night. Wild shrimp, whatever vegetables I could grab, and a bit of leftover rice.

4. The weeping cherries are still opening. I don't recall seeing this much of a difference between the bloom time of the two types of cherries in previous years. The Yoshinos are pretty much completely gone but these are just perfect right now....

5. Are these flowers just a type of tulip? They open up in the warmth and close up as it gets cool and they last forever, and I don't recall ever planting them. They are joyful little things and I enjoy them every year.
