Pizza, Ian, and Peanuts
Too tired to post more than a few pictures. Great weekend. It ended on a bad note with me wanting to murder one of my children, but eh, what can you do? Comes with the territory.
Ian Hunter and the Rant band gave me the power. Great show, great seats, great chance to say hello to some folks. Thank you Teri, Brian, Andy, Connie, Rick and Jon. Thank you world. Thank you Ian.
Gluten free pizza at Ranalli's before the show. Yes, I am now the person that asks if they have a gluten-free menu. Geesh. Hope it's not permanent but we shall see.
Waiting in line.
My sweet pea. He was utterly rapt watching the band. He was rather upset when he found that I had neglected to tell him that James Mastro was in the Bongos. I love that boy.
Mark Bosch, whose shoes are as cool as his guitar playing.
Having Owen to chauffeur us around was great. For a 15 year old driving in the city for the first time I personally think he was freaking amazing...textbook perfect parallel parking. I told him he'd probably never do it that perfectly again! And when we got to our hotel there was a peanut truck. Life is good. Not all the time, but damn, there are some pretty great moments....
