Wegner Grotto

The Paul and Matilda Wegner Grotto, built at their farm home after their retirement in 1929. Given how much I love glass (even in shards) and a bit of sensory overload....you know I was happy here.

God bless the Kohler Foundation for saving and restoring so many of these environments for us. It was sunny and quiet and we felt like we were the only people around. These are the moments that make the wander for us.
