Random Pictures from the Sandwich Life
I did something really bold last weekend. I did nothing. I don't know why I feel the need to hunker down so. Usually I feel that if I don't do something to 'mark' the weekend that I have lost it. But somehow I was content to hole up, read a lot, and go through a lot of firewood. I think it's what I needed. Given that I did nothing, I will leave you with a few photos.
Owen on his birthday. In some ways he is much like his father but Ernie would never have been that pleased with a soldering set.
Slow cooked pork roast with avocadeo, raw red pepper, avocado, a bit of rice and lime juice. Delightful.
