Petals

The tree peonies are blooming where I work.  The ones in my yard are a bit behind as they are in more shade.  I just want to bury myself inside these flowers....  There are certain things that I look at and they give me this physical sensation of release and blurred eyes.....brilliant patches of black eyed susans do that in late summer----or gold maples in the fall----but peonies do it as well.....
