Man That Was A Quick Week.....

Between the afterglow of having Fats and Kristi Rose with us a week ago and having Debbie here to alleviate some of the worry/work of my mother----the week has flown by!  Last night Debbie took us to dinner.  We ended up going to Carmon's and had a lovely time.....  It was just....ADULTS...woo-hoooooo!  Debbie had a nutella crepe for dessert, Ernie and I went with port....it was delightful..... 

The weekend doesn't really hold all that much although it's always busy.....lunch with Debbie and Ernie at Fries and Peanuts today, pedicures with Debbie, visit to the nursing home, maybe some Christmas shopping and digging into some paperwork and bills for my mother as well as my sister's estate.....hopefully the estate will get settled within the next month or so.... 

Mostly I need to savor the weekend as Debbie is probably leaving Monday......

Does anyone know when the Vriners are making candy canes?  Gotta figure that out too.....
