Random Notes from the Sandwich Life

1.  Waiting for a call from the Cancer Center to see if Carle can get it together to get my husband his injection that's supposed to..oh, I don't know....keep his CANCER IN CHECK!  No biggie....insurance decisions are much more important, huh?

2. The wonderful, wonderful, talented Ann arrived on Saturday, paintbrush in hand, to paint Owen's room.  Man is she good....as I watched her confidently and smoothly painting the edges by hand---no tape for this girl----I told her I can't WAIT for her to paint OUR room too!  She just laughed....the crazy woman....

3.  Here a the last two songs from the Flatlanders' show in Bloomington.  Thanks to lowbrow50 for uploading them!  He's got a bunch of other stuff from the Castle Theatre----the Scorchers, Alejandro Escovedo etc.

4. It's Jason house concert week but I'll write about that when I'm in a better mood.  Come on Carle....
