And....Onward

Well. Turkey redux was o.k. The breast was wonderfully juicy but I still thought the dark meat a bit underdone, and let's face it....even moist turkey breast doesn't have a plethora of flavor. They turkey was still paler than I would like although the dripping were better and my gravy was really good. Final judgement: not using this technique again. Back to my old fashioned ways.... And yes, if you were wondering....I AM tempted to go buy one more turkey but even I'm not quite obsessive enough to cook three turkeys in one week. Just remember....next year in early  November REMIND me of this....
